well, kind of... actually I think we are moving backwards unfortunately. last time I played re1 wii on 447x I had this strange issue after the cutscene with the zombie eating Kenneth. When I went back to the dining room with the fireplace a very strange sound started to play along with the other music.

I followed the settings on page 1, and I even tried the settings listed on the google documents for "perfect games" but I keep getting these messed up character models. the cutscenes, and backgrounds are perfect... just models are messed up

here is the example:

When you disable Optimize Quantizers you will fix the graphic problems, but the but the FPS and sound will mess up on cut-scene. On a side note this game still isn't playable yet because of missing gunshots sound and background music.

Yes. RE1 have definitively broken completely. Both with DX a plugin and with OGL, one and too.

By the way. RE0 also is broken.

RE: Resident Evil Official Thread - Reborn
The graphics break somewhere between revisions 4480 and 4490. I just tested 4480 and both OpenGL and DX9 plugins work fine. Even Opengl finally is cured of the projection bug causing the player to be able to walk through surfaces like tabels Smile I updated the front page of this post, now it recommends 4480 as stable. Please check and verify yourselves that 4480 works ok with RE0 and RE1 and post your observations. Have in mind that RE0 is slow with both plugins unless you disable AA.

All as was and remains. At you, simply, it is by default included "Сopy EFB to system RAM (real)". In this case will be the image is correctly displayed, but FPS in some places very low. For example a hall, before a ladder(against a chandelier).

If in OGL plugin enable (Copy EFB to GL texture (hack)) then good FPS will be everywhere, but projection bug remains as well as was.
