Anyone else has this problem? My ISO file is 4.3 GB, is this the problem?
How do you obtained the DVD5 version ?

Forgetting to set the DVD version to dual-layer when dumping or pirating it.

Go here:
http://forums.dolphin-emu.com/memberlist.php

And send a PM to one of the forum admins or mods.
They have a couple of links with a fast download to the most popular games. They don't post in here because of all the leechers.

RE: [Wii - PAL] Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Hey all, this is my first post but believe me when I say I took it upon myself to read and read and test and test in regards to the Dolphin emulator before posting.

The only game I care about is Super Smash Bros. Brawl because I play the game so damn much and my friend and I were always saying how great it would be in HD. I am using my HTPC and after messing with the latest revision (Orlando build) I must say I cannot believe how incredibly well it works. I'm actually playing Smash Brawl (NTSC) in 1080p on my 50" plasma! I never thought I'd see the day.

Anyway, a few questions. Though I get full framerates (it seems so at least), I do often get a lot of "stuttering" where the game locks up for a second and the audio locks up and stutters. The best way to explain it would be what old DOS games would do if you alt-tabbed back into Windows. It usually happens when something happens on the screen, like when the scenery changes in the Fire Emblem stage. Does this mean my graphics card or CPU is too slow? Is there any way to fix this (yes I turned off audio throttling)? It's the only thing getting me from fully enjoying the game.

Also, the only way I can play at full speed is if I turn off EFB. I noticed what this presents is some graphical glitches like your character being garbled when in the "bubble" when you're off screen and some other abnormalities. Is it even humanly possible to get full speed with EFB turned on? The difference is astounding. It's slow motion with EFB turned on for me and when off it's full speed. Just wondering if a graphics card or CPU upgrade would help? Or can I one day hope for EFB being turned off not producing these problems?

My system is an AMD Athlon 64x2 dual core 6000+ 3.1ghz w/ 3gb ram and an ATI 4500HD video card (512MB of RAM) running Windows XP. I have tried every graphical configuration under the sun. So any advice would be really appreciated!

Also, and this is just for curiosity, but how come Resident Evil 4; a Gamecube game, runs incredibly slow for me, and Brawl; a much newer game, runs beautifully? This one I'm just curious about in general.

Thanks so much for reading this far!

RE: [Wii - PAL] Super Smash Bros. Brawl
I am not sure about this... i had dvd 9 version of Smash Bros Brawl NTSC-U, but it can't be played in Dolphin? Meanwhile in this thread, it seems some user was (finally) able find a way to play NTSC ver. Which rev anyway?

Well it definitely can run on my Wii, just curious Tongue

And so i thought, it is needed to re-edit first page Big Grin
