Dolphin in linux

When I open dolphin in Ubuntu jauty jackalope appears this message saying "libbluetooth.so.2 is missing", I am starting with Ubuntu, and I dont have internet connected directly to my pc with ubuntu, so, i want to know how to install that without internet, so I can run dolphin in linux, or if there is some trick for to run dolphin.
